Yes there are, just go a Google search for "3D animation programs".

Here's a couple of programs...
Free
Blender 3D

Anim8or

Blender and Anim8or are both very powerful programs. They can do anything that Ulead Cool 3D PS can do, and probably more. I haven't played with Anim8or, but have used Blender. Blender is somewhat difficult to learn, but once you do learn it, you can produce professional 3D animations. I mean as pro as the pros produce...;)

Not Free
Daz 3D
On the Daz 3D website there are links to some of the best 3D programs made. They are somewhat pricey, and the learning curve can be steep. Some of those include Carrara, Bryce, and Hexagon, oh and of course Daz 3D Studio.

**Note**
Bryce 3D was previously owned by Corel, however they sold it to Daz in 2004.

Thank you very much for your respons.

I've tried anim8tor and blender before but its not even half as user friendly as Ulead cool 3d ps is..
It'll take a course to get to know the programs unlike ulead...
I guess I'll have to take a course then.

Thanks again for your respons
