There used to be a statement somewhere on the Ulead website - that I unfortunately can not find at the moment - advising that many ISPs treated e-mail coming from the Ulead Technical Support e-mail address as Spam and either blocked all replies from Ulead completely or put replies in a Spam/Junk folder. It might be worth checking your Spam/junk inbox and maybe checking with your ISP that you are not incorrectly blaming Ulead for an over zealous protection system from your ISP.

Nope, that's not a problem, I check my spam folder often enough.

I have contacted Ulead Tech by phone..in that case the response was instantly. I have e-mailed questions and they have either phoned me back or emailed me back in 1 to 3 days as an average. In only one case I did not get an answer for one of my email questions. So...as an average, 1 to 3 days for email ulead questions. I am satisfied that I will get an answer.
