What is "Media One Plus"
Recently upgraded to X2. One of the downloads was MEdia One Plus. Went to install it and it asked for a serial #, although there was none in the confirmation e-mail with my X2 serial #. So I tried to install without a serial number and also the serial # for X2. Nothing worked..... so what does Media One Plus do? Is it something I should worry about.... will it make life easy? TIA

Description of Media One Plus
I have a copy but to be honest don't use it. Not that there is anything wrong with the software its simply I already had lots of other similar software and my many thousands of photographs are already nicely filed away. No doubt it is good for someone just starting out or someone who doesn't already have a photo filing system.

Double check the confirmation email that you received from Corel. I've seen two different versions of this. In one case the serial number is there, but is in a second location that is further down the email, and is easily overlooked. I the other case, there is a download link. When you click that, the serial number is given on the page that loads with the download link on it.
Another possible place to look is to go to www.corel.com, click on the 'Your Account' link at the top of the page, and then on the 'View Your Products' link.

Thanks for the replies...... there is no second serial # on the e-mail....opened it and read it twice. When I click on the download link, it tries to download the program.... doesn't take me to a page with any serial # on it. When I go to my products, it shows that I recently purchase PSP X2 and my old purchases..... no different serial #, sooooo, since it looks like I wouldn't really use this, I won't worry about it. Strange they wouldn't give a serial # though.
Take care
