Burning DVD from MPEG2 file. Lip sync problems

The quick answer is "I don't know and need to check" but I'm pretty sure that it DOES say 'Convert Title'.
Would I be right in thinking that:
1. If the progress bar goes straight to 'Convert Menu' then no rendering is taking place? Therefore if there is a lip sync problem after burning it must have existed before burning?

2. If it does say 'Convert Title' then I must have changed a setting - even one simple, small change would mean the whole video is re-rendered when burning the DVD.

In the past problems have occurred when rendering the project in the burner module.
By rendering prior to the burner alleviated many problems. the compliant video is added to the burner module, no further rendering is required and the ¡¥Convert Title¡¦ stage is not performed.

Using HD I know that Ken has recently found that rendering in the burner module has been successful. the Convert Title option will be performed.
I am sure Ken will be very interested in your findings.
