Yes please. We need details, not general answers like "default".

Hello,
I'm having the same problem. Everything was working fine for me in all projects that i have made. The problem only started after i have installed antivirus bitdefender internet security 2008.
Is there a way for both software run properly at the same time, or is it better to turn off bitdefender when running ulead video studio 11 plus.
(Sorry about my english, but i'm portuguese)
THANKS

I don't know...but I've heard that it's a good idea to turn that type of software off when rendering or burning a DVD....
Properties of your source files (right click on a clip and post here):

It would be helpful if you would provide ALL the information for your clip and project properties, just like you did for your output properties.
One thing I do notice is that your output properties are set for Frame Based. Coming from a digital camcorder you should most probably be using Lower Field First.

Dcailler,
I'm going to guess that your video clip properties are similar to:
Microsoft AVI files
24 bits, 720 x 480, 4:3, 29.97 fps
Lower Field First
DV Video Encoder -- type 1
DV Audio -- NTSC, 48.000 kHz, 16 Bit, Stereo
So your Project Properties AND your output file should also have the field order set to Lower Field First.

Hi,
I expect that at 99% the videostudio is trying to join the resulting video and audio data into one mpeg-file...
If all else fails you can still use external program to join video and audio files into one mpeg-video file.
The temporary video and audio files should be available in the output directory that you specify when you try to create the mpeg-file.
The handy little program is called: ImagoMPEG-muxer
Can be found at: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ImagoMPEG-Muxer

I think you may be right....I ended up with two MPEG files one video and one audio....that has never happened before....If i use this program you suggested that will fix this? I don't understand why that happened...I'm at work right now, but I will try your suggestion later when I get home...
THANKS!
THANKS!
