Velocità dati video: Variabile (Massimo 8000 kbps)
Audio LPCM , 48000 Hz, Stereo
Error Codes (if any):

FAT32 is unsuitable for HD Video - the file sizes are too large.emanuele wrote:.......

Which disc was your new file being created on? If it was on the external disc, there is the possibility that if, as it seems, you were creating a HDV slideshow, the file would have been too large for a FAT32 disc to handle. That would be a maximum of 4 GB (the limit of FAT32).
I am also not clear when the crash is occurring. Is it occuring when you create a new video file of your slideshow (Share > Create Video File > HDV) or are you not creating a file, but jumping straight to the burning module (Share > Create Disc > HD DVD) which is what you wrote...
If the latter, do you have a HD DVD burner?

Error persist after file system conversion
Hi,
thank you for fast reply.
I converted file system on my external hard disk from FAT32 to NTFS...
but error still happen.
Error happen when I create a new video file of my slideshow
(Share > Create Video File > HD DVD > PAL HD DVD - 1440)...
while rendering is in progress and reach 20% program crashs.
I want create an mpeg file with resolution higher than 720*576.
Thank you in advance.

Have you tried using Upper Field First (campo superiore) instead of Lower Field First? I ask because all of the HD DVD I use is upper field first -- though I can't think of a reason why conversion *into* HD DVD using lower field first would cause a problem. Given that it is a slideshow, you can also use Frame Based instead of either Upper or Lower Field First...

Error persist!
I tried
- change project settings to Upper Field,
- change project settings to Lower Field,
- change project settings to Frame based
I also tried run rendering on Windows XP using only one hard disk (NTFS), but error persist.
Error raise in PanZoomEngine.dll!02c03f70()
I bought VideoStudio 11.5+ for High Definition rendering... but I still cannot use this feature.
Thank you in advance

Since it is the pan & zoom function which is the source of the error, and it always occurs at 20%, then it seems to me there is a problem either with the photo which comes up at 20% or the pan & zoom function when applied to that photo. But identifying which photo will be a matter of trial and error. You would need to work out a range of photos which are about 20% of the way into the slideshow i.e. around about photo 80. Then remove one photo and try it all again, and if the problem still occurs, restore that photo and take out another one...
As for changing project properties, that won't change a thing. Your project properties are for a standard definition project, yet you are rendering to high definition settings. That means when you go to Share > Create Video File > HDV (or Custom) and you change the campo there... though if you choose HDV, it should normally use Upper Field First anyway...

it's running!
Hi,
I didn't remove photos,
I removed only Pan&Zoom effect from only two photos,
and now it's running normally.
I'm at 40%!
When it will finish I want try to open and re-save images...
and then re-enable Pan&Zoom effect.
Thanks a lot
