A friend asked me to execute a .MOV file into DVD
For editing purpose, to what format should i convert the .MOV file first ?
AVI or MPEG ?

Did one myself just over a week ago!
Use "Super" and convert it to MPEG2 and then import the MPEG2 into your video editor.
