Impossible to creat a movie's DVD with Ulead Videostudio 8

Hello, I make a movie (movie capture VHS with a PCI card (AV-Basic) with Ulead Videostudio 8 SE but as soon as I want save my movie on a DVD, the software stopped at 99% and I have the following message:
failure to convert movie
Error 80041c21
[17002:10:0]
I try to save my movie on Hard disk drive but I have the same error.
I use an ulead french version because I am french so sorry for my english
