error installing plugin madness III

i purchased the two products cool3d 3.5 and plugin madness III.
i can't install the plugin: message error "The installer can not Find Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio in your system .Please instail the main program First and try installing the plug-in again. "

Did you purchase Cool 3D 3.5 or Cool 3D Production Studio?

The error answers your question...

The installer can not Find Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio

The installer for Plug-in Madness is looking for Cool 3D Production Studio...

I've looked at Ulead Plug-In Madness for Cool 3D and noticed that the description on that web page does not match. It talks about the MPEG-4 plug-in. Where the Cool 3D Production Studio Plug-In Madness web page Seen Here does.

So now I'm curious if maybe the plug-ins are different for each. Plug-in Madness should install and work with Cool 3D 3.5 too. I would suggest contacting Corel customer care to see if you received the plug-in for the wrong version..

You could try installing the patch found HERE. However you should not need to, since you just purchased Cool 3D 3.5 and not an earlier version.

Finally did you install Cool 3D before trying to install Plug-In Madness? Just a thought, but the main program needs to be installed first.

The plug in for Cool 3D 3.5 is a different plug in to Cool 3D Production Studio.
The plug in for one does not work with the other.

thanks, l' installation has been made correctly, now will contact the costumer service in order to verify with they that they have made me to unload the correct version.
it is not easy but to have answers from the official channel.
