I have beend doing a project, and having trouble with audio, whether it is a mp3 or wav. Closed nortons and other programs running. VS11.
Going to try slowing burn speed down. It is set 8000kps, mostly still pictures, a few times picuture will kind of digitize a little square speckles (fairly big).
Any suggestions?
thanks Bruce

can't drop the burn speed
For some reason, can't drop the burn speed, just shows maximum.
If I change the bit rate below 8000, would this make a difference?
NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
Lower Field First
(DVD-NTSC), 4:3
