lost my activation key and need download again

My computer crashed a few months back. I just realized I never loaded the DVD movie factory again. Once i logged on to the Ulead website, I found that my username and password still worked but I don't know how to go about getting my activation code sent to me again. I emailed the tech support, but have not gotten an answer. I don't have my old outlook email (wasn't backed up, but is now!!).

Can anyone help?

If you registered your Movie Factory you should be able to look up your serial number. Click on the Serial Number link.
