My PhotoImpact manual says that if I save a picture in JPG, I do not have to type ?JPG?after the file name. That is how it always did it and it worked till I did some updating last month. Now if I don type ?JPG?after the file name it comes up as an icon instead of a thumbnail.
Originally my pictures showed up as:
1. dimensions
2. Type: ulead photo
3. Size
Now they show up as:
1. Type: file
2. Date Modified
3. Size
I am using Windows XP and Microsoft claims that it is not their problem. Now that I am supplying you with more information, perhaps it will help with this mystery. Thanks for your patients. Janet
