Hi !

I have been using VideoStudio 11 Plus for a while and it has worked perfectly.

However, I have now start to get error messages when I want to burn the DVD. I get the error message everytime I try to create the DVD to a folder structure on the harddrive or I try to create a ISO file.

The creation process seems to start fine but then when it is almost finished (seems to happen at the very end) I get the following error message:

File or folder not found
[533:-2147216501:0]

Then the burning process stops.
When I check the folder structure where I asked it to create the DVD I see only som VOB files.

I'm running Vista 32 bit.

Please help !!!

I faced exactly the same error in the past, also in Vista. I wrote to Ulead support and they're advise solve the problems. I will copy the advise:

Most of the time Windows Vista have lots of restrictions and one of them is the User Access Control. You may try to disable it by following the knowledge base below.

As you can see in the link below, there are two options. I tryed out the 2nd one.

Even easier is to create a specific directory on your computer and then save your files to it. User created directories will have read/write access.

Thank you both for your suggestions.

However, I have tried all your suggestions without any success.

UAC is disabled.
My account is default Administrator.
Install-files are started "as Administrator".
Even the application itself is started "as Administrator".
The resulting DVD-files are selected to be created in separate folders (as I have created).

Still the error message appears.

Does anybody know what the numbers in the error message refers to or what they mean ?
