Hi
I maybe doing something wrong. I am adding some more stills to my vs11 project. They always go to the end.
I click on ripple editing, then click the links below it that I want to move when I move the last stills to a spot somewhere in the project, but it always tells me ripple editing will not be applied?
thanks Bruce

Ripple editing cannot work in cases where one of the tracks cliked-in with ripple editing cannot move when you instert a file
1 abcydef
2 xxxxxxx
3 ______
If you try and insert a still or video eg "y", the file in track 3 cannot maintain the ripple edit because it's tied to "a"
If you un click track 3 as part of the ripple then you can insert the file "y" but of course "files "d, e & f" become un synced if Track 3 was a sound file and eveything was set to the beat.
It pays to be super duper organised and planned out before hand.
