Freezing Up while trying to create a video file

I'm having an problem with the program freezing while trying to create a video file ... Sometime is works, but most of the time it freezes before rendering ... Any ideas ?

Just a couple of ideas off the top of my head:
1. Scroll to the top of the page you are now viewing and click the "Profile" button. Fill in your system specs as best you can.
2. Click on this link and read what data we need so that we can help

Does it stil freeze-up when you have "smart render" unchecked?
