Poor Image Quality

I have created a short clip of various jpeg images and added music, but when I create a movie file using the Pal DVD option and then include it in a DVD I am creating using DVD Workshop 2 the quality of the jpeg images is very poor and the images flicker when played on a TV screen. Is there any way of preventing or correcting this?

If your using static images see my post here, adding the blur should eliminate the flickering.
