I need Help by "Ulead Video Studio 11"
I will upload a Video by "MyVideo.de".
But i dont know what format i should take...

MyVideo say:

"You can adjust videos in all usual file formats to MyVideo. The following formats are recommended: .FLV (Adobe Flash video), .MP4 (Mpeg-4) and .AVI (audio video Interleave). The individual videos may thereby not more largely as 100 MT and longer than 10 minutes be and should not a dissolution of 400x300 pixel with a data transmission rate of 500 kBit/s not exceed."

I only have VS 10 but should be similar.

I would use Tools Make Movie Manager to create a template.

Select NEW
Give it a name
File Format¡XMPEG-4 Files
Select OK

¡¥General tab¡¦ set your frame size (resolution) 352 x 288 is the nearest to your 400 x 300

Sorry I cannot be more specific as to the remaining settings, but VS 10 defaulted to 500 kbps.

The template should be available from Share Create Video File , towards the bottom of the list.

Render your video using this template.
If the file is over the MB limit, reduce the bit rate or length of the video and re-code.
