Install Error VideoStudio 9

I've never had this problem with versions 7 and 8 but I am with 9.

I am getting a 6002 error and when I did a search on Google, I noticed that other programs do the same thing. I am running the first version of Windows XP, I do have Ulead Video Studio 8 installed on my computer but nothing was running when I got this error. This error comes up after I click to install the program.

Then try to run setup again. Error -6002"

I'm not able toinstall this app in neither of my two pc's. got this same error code 6002
