Hi, i am trying to run a repair on my ulead video studio 10. The only option i have when i go to add/remove programs, ulead, is to remove.
No other option.
Is there another way i can go about it.
I cannot find the orignal ulead disc as i have recently moved and am just unable to put my hands on it at the moment.

I have had no problems for as long as i've been using the program but every now and again recently i'll get a dvd that won't import its entirety. I get the message 0x80041468(5224).

I've checked through the forum and i've found some things which i don't understand but i did see that some people have done a repair.

I'm operating windows xp.

Can anyone help please.
Thankyou, Jedda :)

The repair option is only available if you have the full boxed edition and your installation disc which came with it...

I did buy the whole shebang. Paid full price. If i was able to find the disc would i be able to put that in and would the option come up. Sorry not very technically minded.

Thanks, Jedda

Yes, that's the only way. For the rest of us with downloaded versions, like the old model T Ford, we can have any repair option, as long as it's Uninstall/Reinstall. In other words, we can't simply repair without an actual installation disc from Corel/Ulead.

Hi

Just to add, once you have found the disc, save it to a safe place on your hard drive.
Not only a backup, but you can install from there.
