My main menu is a motion menu that has video & sub-menus available via text links.
The motion menu is 13 sec long; I have it run for a minute before automatically playing a selection.
Here's my little issue: The motion menu goes through its' first loop before the links are accessible (the text is there, but they cannot be navigated to). This is the case every time the motion menu starts; so when a sub-menu is selected, and you navigate back to the main menu you have to wait 13 seconds again to be able to select an option.
Is there a way to make the links available from the very beginning?

I've never seen that problem... You'll probably have to start-over, with just the simple text menu, then add one "feature" at a time 'till you narrow-down the cause of the problem.
Did you give it a duration of 1 minute, or did you tell it to loop 4 times? (I've never tried entering a duration longer than the actual video, but I have used to loop feature.)

This is my first motion menu, so some of the settings were new to me.
I set the MENU DURATION to 1:02 and the LOOP COUNT to 1. Thus my menu plays 4 times before automatically starting the default highlight button.
In my first attempt I set the MENU DURATION to 13 sec (the actual length of the clip) and put the LOOP COUNT to 10. This resulted in some bizzare behavior: the main menu played once, then flashed various still shots of the clip several times before starting the selection.
