Specified gallery cannot be located

Hi there, I was curious if anyone could kindly help me with the error I am getting with PhotoImpact 10

Clearly the program isn't to blame as I've used it many times before
I just don't understand, installation is fine with no problems, I've downloaded some extra add-ons for it also, materials, textures, etc, it has never let me down
This happens whenever I attempt to open a gallery, of any kind, texture, material, all





Any ideas?

I just installed it and the same thing is happening to me. When I try to use the gallaries it says that they are located on the Ulead Server and to select download. I do this it brings up Smart Download but nothing downloads. I sent an email to Tech Support asking them about the problem will be interesting to see their answer. It might help you also.

Thought I might make a suggestion to you. The easiest way to most likely solve your problem is to just reload the missing gallery. You can locate them at http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm or by using an ftp client (which is what I did) and going to ftp.ulead.com/pub/esd/pi10/e . Download what you are missing and just reinstall it. You can also use ftp.ulead.com.tw/pub/esd/pi10/e

Reloaded all of mine and now is working fine.
