HI,
When I try to import video from camera (canon HG 10) a message window pops up which states, ¡§There is no valid content¡¨, but I¡¦m still able to import pictures/transfer pictures from camera to pc. This is a link for a video of what happened/description of the problem I¡¦m having.

I am not at my own computer right now but have looked at the video you have made.
Where you have ticked "Cannon_HDD (F)" - to the left of that is that a + symbol - cannot quite make it out in your video. If so if you click on it it should expand the directories on the camcorder and let you navigate to where your content is.
The clue is the other available sources - take for example
SQ00431QV02 (C)
This is your computers hard drive. That will contain dozens or even hundreds of folders and sub-folders and so clicking that box would provide the same result - an error message - you have to navigate to "where on the C drive" your material is located.
