ULEAD 11 plus is not play the real sound anymore

After I make many movie come out....now I try to produce it again with File (MOV), but it not play the real sound....it play the sound like Radio wave.. I don't know can't some one tell me why or what wrong with my ulead. because I open file(MOV) with (Quictime) It still have a real some from the video...Help me~
