Hi,
I am entering a Short Film Festival called Tropfest in Australia. If my entry is selected I have to supply my movie in Digi Beta (PAL) tape. What is this and what do I need to do. If this is going to be expensive I am not entering. Best to be certain before I go ahead.
The initial entry must be on DVD but if selected I have to supply in the Digi Beta (PAL) as it is to be broadcast.
Regards
Tony
PS. The movie is only 7 mins in duration.
Can someone explain what is Digi Beta (PAL) tape

Sony's Digital Betacam is a well established recording (tape) format and still today the standard in the world of professional broadcasting. You can look for an organisation (broadcaster) which can make a DigiBeta tape out of your video. Depending on your "connections" it will cost you between 0 and ~100 USD
