DVD MAC help!

hi MAC users

please help

I'm using OS10.3.9 and DVD PictureShow 1.0.2

I used to be able to burn a DVD with an earlier Panther version, ( I think it was 10.3.4-10.3.7)

NOW IT WON'T BURN ( it reads " An unknown error.. disk may be busy.. try waiting and then try again") just after the progress bars finish

no burning with vcd or dvd( OS 10.3.8 won't work either)
no software was updated except OS and PhotoMechanic..Using Maxwell DVD RW 8x disk on Lacie drive ( drive burns this disk fine with Toast)
any patches available? is ULead aware? anything I can try? how do I get back to an earlier OS version to try it again?

Ive got exactly the same problem, i recently may have updated the Mac OS but other than that nothing has changed. I last burned a dvd 2 weeks ago with no worries and havent changed OS since installation.

Did you get anywhere?

Im on OS 10.3.9
