I'm getting an error message which says "stiaspi.dll is not found please re-install the driver" when I try to start up my old Photo Express 3 program. It comes up when I select Get then Scanner. Sometimes the scanner moves and other times it does nothing. The message comes up at all times.
I have re-installed the program disk but it still doesn't go.
Any suggestions please as I have 80 photos to scan for an elderley mother in law.
I'm running XP.
