From the wizard

Float your mouse over the ¡¥Standard¡¦ radio button to see the bit rate.

The rest of the dvd properties should be:-


MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Lower Field First
(DVD-PAL), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 6000 kbps) Top quality would be 8000
Audio data rate: 256 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)

The actual captured DV-Avi is derived from your camera, then converted/rendered to the above settings

I have read the DTFM and the FM doesn't mention the background music in the DV-to-DVD wizard.

UPDATE:

Downloaded the contents pack and all is well now.
