png and other extensions

Hi,
I have been using psp7 since it came out. I have always downloaded files (tubes) and they have always downloaded as tubes. I am noticing now that all the stuff I am downloading has a black or white background and it is not downloaded as a tube it is downloaded as a background. How do I get them to download as tubes again??? Thank you to everyone or anyone that can help me....

If you are using PSP7, it might very well be that the newer Picture Tube images are made in the latest versions and are not backwards compatible with version 7.
