I can't update DVD MovieFactory 5 on my laptop!

Any update I try to install gives me the same error code: The installer could not find the software to update on your machine. Please install that first.... something like this..... I have DVD MovieFactory 5 and VisualStudio 9SE and 10SE installed on my laptop, does that affect DVD MovieFactory?

I take it you mean the version of DVD MovieFactory that came pre-installed on your Toshiba. It is a special edition and not a full version. You will need to ask Toshiba if they have any updates for it, the normal updates and patches do not work with the Toshiba Edition.
