Proxy files studio 11 plus

I created a set of low res proxy files and saw how smooth they work in the time line. Then the next day they no longer worked in the time line.
The big original files were being used and smart proxy wanted to make new proxy files. How do I get it to relink the proxy files?

I had the same thing happen. To make proxy files, just right click on the clip thumbnail and choose to create one. For some reason, if the proxy file is changed or something was not saved due to a crash...it has to make it again.

It got to the point with mine where I had proxy-001, proxy-002, and proxy-003. Just make them again, exit, reload, and check that it recognizes the proxy file.

Also keep in mind corel associates the proxy file with the video clip...not with the project. Something has to save correctly within corel. If there's a crash or something, it doesn't matter if you've saved your project, you may have to make the proxy again.

This is not right. The proxy files are not project specfic.
I just got off the phone with tech support & he said to try the update pack
down load....I'll try and report back.
