Photoimpact X3 runs clunky on Vista Ultimate
I create alot of gifs and the program keeps doing something behind the scenes every time I do anything. If I select 6 objects and group them and then move on to other objects I have to wait. It isn't just grouping, its anything I do. If I try to hurry I get "not responding". It makes it really clunky to work with X3. I turned off redo to see if that was the issue but no change. I wonder if I should uninstall X3 and go back to Version 12 with the Vista update?

Welcome to the forums,
First I apologize for the extremely slow response to your question....
While I do not have Vista Ultimate, but do have PIX3 installed on my Vista Home Premium laptop. I have tried to replicate this clucky behavior and can not. It runs as smoothly as any of the previous versions (on XP).
You might check your system and see what other applications may be running that could be interfering with or conflicting with PI.

Thanks
It doesn't always have the issue, so I will look to see what else is going on next time I see the issue. Thank you for the response.
