ripple editing WONT be applied

When saving a project - in progress - every time i do this VS comes up with 'Ripple EDITING WONT BE APPLIED'

Just wondered, have i ..at one stage..applied ripple editing....and now taken it off..and more importantly..will it effect anything if i carry on my project and burn it?

Never been too intrested in ripple editing anyway..perferring the long winded way..as usual..didnt understand it at first - so happy to continue my merry way doing things long winded....If thats ok with VS and the all important burn process?
