Welcome to the forums,
Since the website loads slowly, I would slice the images to be used. This of course can be done with PI. However for any coding, (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), I would recommend using an HTML editor. Searching Google will provide many to choose from.
While PI can create a webpage, it's primary function is image editing, so it is not the best at providing the backend coding for websites..

The reason your animation loads slowly is due to its size, no matter what
HTML Editor you use you will still have a problem. I just downloaded the animated GIF to check its size and it is 9.13 MB
You need to make size of the animation file a LOT smaller.
Consider this - old fashioned floppy discs are only 1.44 MB each so that picture is a bit like putting 6-7 of those disks onto a single web page!
I will ask our Gif Animator Guru to look at this link to see if he can offer you some help.

Advice, eh? Well...
Drop the massive GIF animation. One still jpeg image will do. Pick the one you feel will give the most positive impression, and the rest of the images can be viewed in your Photo page.
As for the rollovers, well... if you get rid of the 9 MB GIF, speed should improve.
Ultimately, learn HTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and use an old fashioned HTML text editor. CSS can do some handy effects without adding extra images. There are plenty of free ones available. PI is not a very good tool, in my opinion, to design a website for a business. Personal or hobby site, it will suffice.
If you don't have the time to learn, then maybe finding the services of someone with some experience may be better. Learning HTML and CSS isn't a quick 1 hour course. CSS itself is quite the undertaking. Plenty I still haven't figured out...
