problem login in

Post by DAAdood »

Hi
To a moderator or Admin.
My user Name is Daadood my question is why is it necessary that everytime I log in I have to have your server to reset my password after I write a new password.

I already had to reset the password by choosing " I forgot my password" because after I re write my ownpassword I cant't log in.

Thank you in advance
Luis

Actually, I just experience a similar problem logging in. I was sent the standard confirmation link in an email on the 12th of August. Today, (the 16th) I attempted to use it and the reply was to the effect that no such user existed so, I re-registered and on the subsequent email that followed I got in.
Just wondering if there is a time lock on the email link.

Anyway, glad to be here now...

My apologies once again for any members who had problems registering.
This is simply due to the low life undesirables who persist in creating dozens of dummy accounts every day. It appears to be a small hard core or miscreants but each time I log on there are upwards of 50 of these accounts.

I have had to give up going through each and everyone and so I have been forced to alter our zero intolerance policy so that basically as soon as I log on I shall delete all zero posts. This occurs once per day and due to the fact I work round the clock shifts you can never be sure what time I will be logging on. In fact I had a busy night shift up until now and it is 0445 in the morning and I have just logged on!

If you have difficulties creating a User Account then please feel free to send me an email as follows:

To be used for contacting Forum Admin regarding registration or logging in problems only.

EDIT:
I just logged into the Administrators control Panel and discovered 106 new
zero post accounts since I last logged in less than 24 hours previously

If only the low life entities out there would channel their efforts to the positive side!! Forum cracking must take a certain amount of gray matter so one must wonder why these people ventured into the negative side. For what it is worth, the other forums that I use have all experienced the same thing and are all using verification links as well. But even these are being cracked and hacked. Sad !

Actually - they are malware creators of Spyhunter and XP Antivirus 2008 and their variants, dangling their hooks.
No one seems capable of tracking them down and locking them up.
