How do I access "customize animation attributes" ?

Post by longshot »

Hello, I am using video studio 11.

I am working on a title screen with "moving path" animation on the text.
My problem is that the "moving path" text doesn't stop long enough when it centers to be read, it only lasts like .005 seconds and "flies" away again.

I noticed the "customize animation attributes" button and I thought I could edit to achieve the results I wanted, but I can't seem to get this option to be clickable, no matter what I try. Am I missing something here?

Hi

This works provided your animation finishes on screen. Not all Animation Types are suitable.
OK
Create an animated title
Drag the title to the library, this creates a copy.
Drag the copy back to the timeline, adjacent to the first, change the animation to say fade-out

If you click the two ¡¥TT¡¦s symbol access additional options, a manual approach I suppose.
Not all Title types are accessible here, this includes the ¡¥moving path¡¦

A little extra info.
Viewing the second title, the blue bar below the preview screen represents the Pause Duration.
You can change/customise the on screen pause by dragging the trim bar extending the blue segment.

Hi and thanks for the speedy reply :)

I can't get the two "TT's" to become clickable, no matter what I try.

Your "little extra info" however, has solved all my problems and I can now edit like I wanted to in order to synch music with it.

Thanks bunches :)

Create a new title using type--Fade animation.

Click the Title on the preview screen, broken line and yellow trim handles show as selected.

Are the two TT¡¦s available now????????

As Trevor stated, not all of the animations are customizable. Unfortunately for you, the Moving Paths are not.
