Tiling on DVD from Movie Fractory 3SE when viewing the DVD.

When I record a DVD from my hard drive, it seems the first 3:44 of the DVD has some serious tiling issues. THe audio is fine. I will also see it every now then later in the video.

I am not sure if there are buffering options I should look at.

I am running DVD XPRESS on an Athlon 2.3 gig machine.
