all2hd and dual monitor

I have my hdtv (secondary) and a normal lcd screen (primary) connected to my pc.
When both are active I can't activate all2hd (greyed out), but when I deactivate the secondary screen all2hd works. I want to watch my movies on my hdtv (the secondary screen), so what can i do?
Will this issue be fixed?

Just before using all2hd set your hdtv to be the primary monitor and disable your LCD. At the moment all2hd does not appear to work in a dual monitor environment.
