Video Studio 8 - Where from?

Post by Fishkill Bill »

I have been using Video Studio 8 with a Panasonic Camcorder. It has been working fine.

I had to reformat my hard drive and didn't back the program up. Now when I am looking for the CD to reload, I can't find it. The problem is, I don't remember where I got it. Did it come with my Panasonic camcorder??

Old age is a getting to be a problem! I need to know what boxes I should be looking in.

It certainly could have, but it probably would have been an SE version. Mine (v6) came preloaded with my Dell computer.

Bill,

Over time I've seen SE versions of VideoStudio bundled with just about anything. PC's, capture cards/devices, IEEE 1394 cards, video cards, camcorders... you name it. If you can't find your copy and aren't up for trying the current VS 11 series, legitimate boxed versions of VS 8, 9 and 10 can still be found on the web. As far as I know these would no longer be eligible for tech support however the forum is always available to you.

Good luck :-)
