MovieFactory 4 wont burn DVDs

I got MF4 awhile ago and was able to assemble and burn a dvd of home DV movies no problem. I hadn't used the software for a few weeks, and now I am trying to put together some more home DV movies into another DVD and MF4 goes through the compiling process, gets all the way to where it would start to burn the DVD and then pops up the box that says that it finished and do I want to go back to the start or continue...If you click continue, it just spits you back to the window where you can set up your burn options and start the burning process.

I have tried cutting different segments out, burning only one piece. If I try to save it as a disc image it says it is complete, but does not create the image. I can find all the converted mpeg files in the temp folder along with the corresponding audio, but nothing gets put into the DVD folder that I designated either...

Other things I have tried:
- removed all other programs that are tied into the DVD burner
- Uninstalled/Re-installed MF4
- I went back and tried to create the same DVD on MF3 and it said the DVD would be over 7G where MF4 only was saying it was going to be 3.8G...MF3 did sucessfully burn the video clips I tried.

Anybody have any suggestions?
