It was a good try, but it did not render an iso image, video file or dvd either.

Does Corel have a good phone support? How have your experiences been?

That is not what Black Lab recommended.

Okay, I cleared the timeline and inserted the video after I started the Share -> Create Disc process. Still no luck. I still get the Unspecified error when trying to render the file.

Anybody else think it might be the codec or know how to troubleshoot a codec?

Ok I just re-read from where you started posting...

You mention you are using AVI's however since AVI is a container, that can hold around 800 different codecs (file types such as DivX, Xvid and so on), could you be more specific on which AVI you're using? Right-click on a video file in the Library or on the timeline, select properties and post them. It may be that if they are DivX or Xvid, MP4 or some other, VS is having a real problem dealing with them, due to the high-compression.

What are the properties of the mpeg file you created?
