I created a video file (mpg) from my clips. The video has about 200 small clips. The result was a film with a sound that is at the end about 5 seconds to short. I did only use the original sound of my clips.
Who has an idea to get a synchron sound from the beginning to the end?
Can I make any adjustments or settings in the program?
hope for help

I had similar problems when editing MPEGs and my solution was to buy the Womble MPEG editor (~$100 USD). I still use the Corel/Ulead programs for other purposes, including DVD authoring/burning.
There are several other solutions that might work for you, so try searching the forum for "sync" or "OOS" (OOS = out-of-sync).

Welcome to the forums!
We also need to know where all the smaller clips came from and what their Properties are. If they were all from the same source, could you right click on one of them inside Video Studio -- either in the timeline or the library window -- and copy down ALL its properties here please. Do the same with other clips if they came from different sources.
Can you also tell us what editing you did to them? And is the sound which is out of sync the original sound of the videos, or some added audio track you have made?

Womble MPEG Editor
DVDDoug,
Thanks for the tip about using Womble MPEG Editor - I know this is not a Womble forum but could you please give me a hint about using it to fix the OOS problem in my VS-generated mpg file? I understood you to say that you still use VS for "authoring" - meaning you create the video using the VS editor and then "Share" it to an mpg first, right? If I understood that correctly, then I will take the mpg file and use Womble to "fix" the "out-of-synch" problem. I just downloaded the trial version of Womble VE and it's not apparent what I need to do to make this adjustment. Thanks in advance for any tips you can give me
