Cross fade transition....

It apears my copy of videostudio 7 dosent actually have a transition that is cross fade

so i cant fade videos and images in from black....anywhere where i can obtain a plug-in??

Download Burger's transitions, you get crossfade and more. Enjoy.

Instructions:
Make sure the application is not running.

Place all the vfx files into the vfx_plug folder of your Ulead application installation (e.g. 'C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 8.0\vfx_plug').

Restart the application.

There was an 'extra contents download for VS 7 called

UVS7EffectEng.exe

this gave you many more transitions.
you should have at least 100 in the transition library.

PLEASE tell me that the latest version has a good cross dissolve.

I just ordered it and have the copy waiting on a new PC... I would say cross dissolve is one of the MOST IMPORTANT transitions!

All versions have a good Cross Fade (which is the one most people would say was MOST IMPORTANT) as long as when you buy the download version you also download ALL the extras, if you have ordered the disc version relax - the cross fade works well. The one being referred to as "Horrible" is a dissolve which is a different animal - cross fade and cross dissolve are not the same thing.
