The vid I put on youtube is extremely blurry, what did i do?

What did I do wrong.. is there a way to make it less blurry on youtube? This is the vid I uploaded:

This is what I did before I put it on youtube: I pressed the "Share" tab, I pressed the "Share Video Online", than I pressed "Best Quality (*.wmv)

Is there something I missed? I want my vid to be as clear as possible =/

You probably didn't do anything wrong. YouTube recompresses your video, which reduces the quality. The more movement in your video, which you have a lot of, makes it look even worse.
