I am a newcomer to Forums so please be patient. I have just purchased Video Studio and am trying to understand how it works. I have run into a problem that I cannot understand. Can you help?
I am in VideoStudio Editor, dropped clip from Library to project timeline. Timeline says clip is 38 seconds, when I know that the clip is at least double this time. When I play the clip in Editor, it plays normally until it gets to 38 seconds. Then the picture stops, the pointer on timeline stops, but the audio continues. In the Navigation Bar the jog slider is at the end of the clip, the clock is stopped at 38 seconds but the audio continues. Eventually the audio too stops, before the end of the clip and the Program crashes to the beginning of the next clip.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks
