Need to reinstall my Photoimpact XL but discs damaged

Post by Bjorn81 »

Greetings from the UK.
I've been using photoimpact for many years and been very happy doing so.. I own photoimpact XL at moment. Unfortunally I had to reinstall everything on my pc after some serius problems..
My problem now is that my XL discs have been damaged and they cant be used to reinstall photoimpact with.. :(
So what can I do?
Do I have buy new ones or can I download the complete program from somwhere using my exsisting serial code?
Kind Regards

This is great information, but it's kind of like a guy saying "hey, I just cut my finger off...what should I do?" And the response is "Don't cut your finger off."

I am in the same boat Bjorn81. I have my installation original installation CD, I have my number, but my CD is cracked.

If you registered the product there should be a record of it with Corel. I am in the process of trying to contact them, but that is easier said than done. Their list of global phone numbers doesn't include one for the US. It says "internet support" instead. And then when you go the their web page, it says "please call us for support...here is a link to some phone numbers." I'm sure with a few more hours of surfing aaround I should be able to inquire about replacing my installation CD.

I would check the Registered Products under your account. And if it shows up, then try to contact them. Good luck.

Best,
Blair
