PhotoShop has a tool caked ¡§feathering¡¨ for use in smoothing edges when blending two objects. Does PI have a similar tool and if so, how do I access it?? Thanks!

You can use the Blur Tool, found in the Toolbar on the left Retouch Tools.

To blend/blur you will have to increase the transparency to around 90-95 and lower the level to 1 or 2, then blend gently your edges. If it's an object you are blending/smoothing, click on the 'Edit Active Objects Only' - this is an icon on the Attribute bar that has a fade square and dark circle. This enables you to only blur/smooth the edges of the particular object you have highlighted. Of course, if it's an image, the you would use the other tool, Paint as an object, this is the tool that looks like a lightening strike.
It also enables a layer (look in the layer manager) if you make a mistake it can easily be deleted.

Hope this helps :)
