album flip transition effect

None of my flip transitions are working. The video stops at the flip during project mode and when I try to render it I get an error that states "Unable to load library: [19151:3:3]

Any ideas?

What version are you using?

The album transitions have been problematic for many people since their inception a couple of years ago.
