hg-10 Video does not show up under guide menu

I am trying to import video from HG-10 using corel applicaiton 2.0 (ulead movie factory) + updated patch http://www.ulead.com.tw/Ulead/Survey/ca ... pg=4&fs=us
on my vista SP1 box, When I select "save files to PC" option, No video from hg-10 shows up. list is empty. If I try to import on XP, it works fine.
