I installed Moviemaker 6 Plus on my computer & when I am importing a dvd video from my dvd drive, the preview play video action fails. And a pop up window states: importing dvd preview play video action failed Report ID 0x8004095c(2396). I have uninstalled & reinstalled the program a couple of times, but it still doesn't work. Could someone please tell me what I can do to make it work? Also, I have this installed on a brand new Dell XPS 420 core 2 Quad computer running Windows Vista, so I'm sure it's not the computer. Also, I had the Ulead Videostudeo 10 installed on this same computer & the preview play video worked fine on it.
