Hi,
Ever since I upgraded from VS 10+ to VS 11 Plus (and now 11.5 Plus) I am unable to create DVDs by creating Scenes. I mean when I try to author a DVD disc and I select Auto Scene selection (doesn't matter whether by 3 minute or scene detection) the program crashes with some kind of ntdll in error code.
This has made VS worthless to me and I had to resort to creating DVDs using Windows Movie Maker.
Has anyone else seen this error? I mean creation of DVDs was fine until I upgraded to 11+.
Thanks,
Meengla

Have you updated your DirectX from the Microsoft DirectX website? The current update is June 2008 and is not part of the regular Windows updates, so you have to do it yourself. Some recent Windows updates appears to cause conflicts in VS11.5+, particularly in the authoring engine, which are corrected with the DirectX update.
